Memory Match
Flip and match pairs of identical cards. Fewer moves means a higher score.
Memory Match is a calm little concentration game built around a face-down grid of cards. You flip two at a time, hoping their pictures match, and slowly build a mental map of where everything sits. It feels quick and satisfying — a game of gentle focus that suits a short break or a warm-up for the brain, and it works just as well for kids as for adults.
How to play
Tap or click any card to flip it face-up, then flip a second one. If the two faces match, the pair stays revealed; if they don't, both turn back over and it's your turn to try again. Clear all eight pairs to finish the board. Your score rewards efficiency, so the fewer total flips you use, the better you rank.
Tips
- Remember positions the instant a card is revealed, even when the second card doesn't match — that knowledge pays off a move later.
- Work in small clusters rather than flipping cards at random across the whole grid.
- Chase matches back-to-back once you know two locations, to build a clean run without misses.
- Aim for the fewest moves possible; speed helps, but accuracy is what lifts your score.
If you enjoy matching and remembering, try Mahjong Solitaire or the pattern-recall challenge of Color Sequence.
